Data processing

The sole purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you about how ORGAMY, with its registered office at 200 bd de la Résistance, 71000 Mâcon (France), will utilize the data you provide or that is collected (IP address, login data, etc.) through our official website.

The data will be used internally by us but may be disclosed to our technical service providers (« data processors, » as defined by regulations) solely to enable them to provide their services. Technical measures and legal provisions are put in place for each subcontractor to ensure data protection compliant with current legislation, especially when it involves transfers outside of the European Union, following the recommendations of the European Data Protection Supervisor

The data will primarily be used to address your inquiries (requests for information about our solutions, job applications). Consequently, the resulting data processing is based on the pre-contractual measures taken in response to your inquiry.

Unless you object (refer to the second to last paragraph), your data will also be processed for the purpose of our legitimate interest, more specifically:

  • For our business analysis and development (solicitations, including marketing messages and updates, enhancing our understanding of individuals and entities we engage with, business statistics, client satisfaction surveys, management of prospective client files, etc.).

  • To enhance our products and services (management of reviews and feedback on our products and services, etc.).

  • In the event you have submitted an application in response to a job offer published on the site, to build our database of potential candidates who, even if their applications have been previously declined, may match our future needs.

Your data may also be used to comply with our legal obligations (including the management of users’ requests to exercise their rights, the creation and updating of a marketing opt-out list, etc.).

During data collection, all essential data required to respond to your inquiry will be flagged as mandatory.

Your data will be retained in an active database for three years following your last interaction with our company. Upon expiry of this time period, your data will be retained as necessary, for a duration not exceeding statutory limitation periods and in compliance with applicable storage obligations. Subsequently, the data will be securely disposed of.

You have the right to access your personal data and request corrections if they are inaccurate. In such cases and within the limits defined by regulations, you also have the right to object to the use of your data, the right to have certain data erased, the right to restrict their use, the right to data portability for transmission to a third party, and the right to determine the fate of your data after your passing.

If you wish to exercise these rights, please contact us at the following address, and attach, where appropriate, proof of identity and any document justifying your request.

You may refer any unresolved issues to CNIL, the French supervisory authority.
